Effective Date: January 4, 2026
These Service Credit Terms (“Credit Terms”) govern your purchase, receipt, and use of Service Credits for VestAI Services. By purchasing, receiving, or using Service Credits, you agree to these Credit Terms.
These Credit Terms supplement VestAI’s Terms of Use and any other agreement you have with VestAI (collectively, the “Agreement”). If there is a conflict, these Credit Terms control solely with respect to Service Credits.
Definitions
“VestAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means VestAI LTD (Cyprus) and, where applicable, its affiliates providing the Services.
“Service Credits” means prepaid credits that may be applied toward eligible VestAI Services as described in the applicable plan, product page, order form, or in-product flow.
“Prepaid Service Credits” means Service Credits you purchase for consideration.
“Promotional Credits” means Service Credits granted by VestAI at no cost (for example, trial or promotional credits), which may be subject to additional restrictions.
Clarity
Service Credits are not deposits, stored-value cards, prepaid access, or any form of regulated financial product. They are solely a means of prepayment for VestAI Services.
Service Credits do not accrue interest, are not insured, and have no cash equivalent.
Billing
You may purchase Prepaid Service Credits through VestAI’s approved purchase channels. Service Credits may only be used to pay for eligible VestAI Services, as determined by VestAI and communicated at purchase or within the Services.
Non-transferable
Unless expressly permitted by VestAI in writing, Service Credits are non-transferable, may not be resold, and may not be assigned.
Limits
Service Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Service Credits expire one (1) year from the date of purchase or issuance. Upon expiration, any unused balance is forfeited.
VestAI is not responsible for lost or stolen credits, or for credits used without your authorization if you fail to safeguard your account.
Tax
Prepaid Service Credits are subject to applicable VAT, GST, or sales taxes, which will be charged at purchase, unless an exemption applies and is validly documented.
Promotional Credits generally are not sold and are not subject to purchase taxes at issuance, unless required by law.
Enforcement
VestAI may suspend or terminate your access to the Services (including your ability to use Service Credits) as permitted under the Agreement.
Forfeiture
Unused Service Credits may be forfeited if your account is terminated for breach of the Agreement or applicable law. VestAI has no obligation to refund or reinstate expired or forfeited Service Credits.
VestAI may also restrict or revoke Service Credits if we reasonably believe credits were obtained fraudulently, used unlawfully, or used in violation of these Credit Terms.
Exclusions
Service Credits (including any credits issued in connection with service availability) apply solely to qualifying service availability issues, as determined by VestAI in accordance with the Agreement and these Credit Terms.
Third-Party / Provider Limitations
Service Credits do not apply to service interruptions, errors, or degradation caused by failures, limitations, or unavailability of third-party services, including underlying AI model providers, cloud infrastructure providers, or external data sources.
No Credits for Output Quality
Service Credits apply solely to qualifying service availability issues and do not apply to the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or subjective quality of any outputs generated by the Services.
Updates
We may modify these Credit Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
If you have purchased Prepaid Service Credits, material changes to these Credit Terms that adversely affect your rights will take effect no earlier than thirty (30) days after notice, unless required by law.
Jurisdiction
These Credit Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.

We may provide notices via email or in-product messages. Your notices to VestAI must be sent to support@vestai.com and by postal mail to our registered office: Grigoriou Xenopoulou 4B, Agia Paraskevi, Germasogeia, 4049, Limmasol.
